ClinicPocket is a browser-first MVP. It does not require login, account creation, or payment. In this version, the visit brief is generated from the information you enter into the page and is not designed as a long-term medical record.

What this MVP does

• Renders the form and the output in your browser.
• Uses query-string parameters when you submit the form so the result can load and be shared as a URL if you choose.
• Does not offer clinician messaging, booking, or file upload in this version.

Good practice

• Avoid putting highly sensitive personal data into any shared or public device.
• If you share a generated URL, remember it can include the text you entered.
• If you need a durable medical record, use official healthcare channels rather than this MVP.
